Docomium provides free document utilities on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect output quality, or suitability for any particular purpose.

You are responsible for the documents and text you process, for verifying output before relying on it, and for complying with laws that apply to your use of the tools.

Do not use Docomium to process content you are not allowed to handle, or to attempt to disrupt the service, probe for vulnerabilities beyond good-faith reporting, or abuse shared infrastructure.

Many tools process files in your browser. That does not transfer ownership of your documents to Docomium, and it does not create a duty for Docomium to store or recover those documents.

Docomium branding, site design, and software are owned by their respective rights holders. You retain rights in your own documents. You may not scrape the site to build a competing service by wholesale copying of Docomium’s content and structure.

Features may change, move, or be removed. Temporary outages may occur. Docomium may update these terms as the product evolves.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Docomium is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
