Frequently asked questions
- Are my PDFs uploaded?
- No. Split PDF runs entirely in your browser. Files stay on your device and are not uploaded to Docomium.
- How do page ranges work?
- Use forms such as 1-3, 1,3,5, or 1-3,6,8-10. Pages are numbered from 1. Reversed ranges like 5-2 are rejected.
- What if I extract every page?
- Each page becomes its own PDF. When more than one file is produced, Docomium downloads them together as a ZIP archive created on your device.
- Can I split password-protected PDFs?
- Not in this tool. Remove the password first, then try again.
